Planning Board


The Planning Board is responsible for hearing requests to subdivide property, for several types of special permits.

Meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:15 p.m. in the meeting room at 16 Jan Sebastian Drive.

The Board is elected for three-year terms and consists of seven regular members. The current membership is as follows:

The point of contact for the Planning Board is the Director of Planning and Development.
