The Town of Sandwich voluntarily participates in the National Flood Insurance Program’s (NFIP) Community Rating System (CRS) in an effort to reduce flood insurance premiums for Sandwich residents. This program is also part of a larger effort to promote community awareness of flood hazards and of flood mitigation methods.
