The Work consists of construction of stormwater treatment facilities and related work at Harbor Street, Freeman Street, and Jarves Street, Sandwich, Mass. Work includes construction of underground stormwater treatment facilities beneath road surfaces, vertical concrete curbing, paving, restoration, and other work as more specifically described in the Contract Documents.
