| The Town of Sandwich invites proposals from firms to complete programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration for renovations to a currently vacant building (formerly a Santander Bank) located at 100 Route 6A, Sandwich, MA 02563. The Town has executed a Purchase and Sale agreement to acquire the building for consolidated Town offices, pending Town Meeting voter approval at the Annual Town Meeting on May 6, 2019.
