| Sealed bids will be received online at www.bidexpress.com until the time specified at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. The Work consists of development of a vacant parcel of land located adjacent to the Sandwich Housing Authority’s George Fernandes Way housing development. Work includes: site clearing, grubbing, and grading; driveway and parking lot construction; excavation and installation of drainage and sewage disposal systems; installation of water main with associated appurtenances; and installation of conduit for “future” utilities at Terrapin Ridge in Sandwich, Mass. Additionally, work includes the following improvements at George Fernandes Way in Sandwich, Mass.: pavement saw-cutting and removal; grading, excavation, installation of drainage structures and pipes; installation of sidewalks; cross walk improvements and vegetation trimming and/or removal; restoration of disturbed areas of paving; and other work as more specifically described in the Contract Documents.
